At our office, your comfort is our priority. Dr. Judy and his team take the time to understand your concerns and provide personalized care at every appointment.
Your first visit is all about you — your comfort, your happiness, and your dental health.
Your first visit with Dr. Judy includes:
- A review of your complete dental and medical history forms
- Complete X-rays of your teeth and mouth
- An oral exam
- The doctor will inspect your teeth and gums to make sure they are healthy, and check for any cavities or early signs of tooth decay in addition to accessing your periodontal health.
- If we have forms and a copy of your insurance card before your visit, we can then do a complimentary review, and when you arrive, we can give you the needed information and spend more quality time with you.
After carefully evaluating your dental exam and reviewing your health history, Dr. Judy will discuss your oral health and go over any recommended treatments. This is also a great opportunity to ask questions—feel free to bring up anything you’d like to discuss. We’re here to support you and are always ready to address your concerns.
Please bring these things with you to your first dental appointment:
- Your completed Health History Forms
- Your insurance card
Regular checkups are an important part of maintaining your healthy smile!
Regular dental visits are important at every stage of life to maintain strong teeth, healthy gums, and a confident smile. The American Dental Association suggests scheduling checkups and cleanings twice a year for both adults and children. We’d be happy to see you every six months to help keep your smile in great shape!
We all know that life can get hectic, and we’re here to make your dental care as smooth and convenient as possible. When you come in for your first visit with Dr. Judy, we’ll set aside two full hours to complete a comprehensive exam and go over any recommended treatment options with you. For future appointments, just give us a call—our welcoming team will gladly work with your schedule to find a time that’s right for you.
